When I was buying a good uke, I compared this one to the Martin S-O. I opted for the Martin because it has better projection, but this uke impressed me so much that I wanted to add a review. The tone was GREAT, the solid woods are gorgeous, it has 16 frets instead of Martin's 12 and the tuners are awesome. Generally it's a GREAT uke for the money. If you don't wanna spend the extra $100.00 for the Martin take confidence in buying this uke. You'll love it!

.II have had this uke for a little over a year now, playing it 1 to 2 hours a day, 4 or five days a week. Looks, great, feels great, sounds great and even smells great. The tone is soft and perfect with good projection. The tuners are a bit touchy, but once it?s in tune, it stays that way for weeks. Everything I play on it sounds great, from Iz to the Eagles all the way to Nirvana and the Sex Pistols. If you want a great sounding, playable uke, for the money, you should really consider the Cordoba.

.I have owned this Ukulele for about four months now, and play it every day. As another comment stated previously, the tuners are a bit touchy.. but once you have it tuned it's not easy for it to become out of tune. The only thing I would like to see Cordoba do with it's 25SK and 25CK series would be to make an acoustic/electric model. that.. would be excellent. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THIS UKULELE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH A GREAT TONE. this is all around a great uke. :)

.I bought this ukulele about three weeks ago. It had great great tone, and the action and string spacing were pretty much perfect. I had lots of fun playing it for the short time I was able. Unfortunately, two-and-a-half weeks after I bought it, the bridge came unglued, so now all I have is a very pretty piece of koa. I have owned a Lanakai for years and, despite its inferior tone, has always come through for me.

.Just learning to play. Loved the rich sound from this and the workmanship made for a very beautiful instrument. Felt very solid. Sadly, swapped it out for a tenor - much easier to play with larger hands. New uke was also a Cordoba. Really enjoying this one as well.

.My son got me my first ukelele for Christmas and I think it sounds and looks really great. It stays tuned pretty good because every time I tune it it's hardly out of tune.I feel in love with the quality and how easy it was to play and I would recommend this ukelele for everybody that love a great instrument.

.Comparing Corboba to Lanikai LU-21, also owned. Cordoba is drop-dead gorgeous with excellent tone. Had a couple minor cosmetic defects (OK). Volume was less than the Lanakai, but tone pleasently less treble intense. Nice playability (only used strings coming with ukulele). Problem-tuners look great, but function poorly. At 4x cost of Lanikai, I like Cordoba, but I can afford it.
