Purchased it yesterday, the tones are rich and full. The play action is smoothe and easy. The cost is quite low for the sounds you get. .I fell in love with this guitar as soon as I wrapped my hand around the neck. I've never felt an acoustic neck that was so easy to play on. The tone is good unplugged, but this instrument really sings when it's plugged in. I play pretty aggressive rhythm, and this guitar has been great. HOWEVER- it should be noted, I have replaced my original purchase with an identical Ibanez because after changing the strings, something went wonky with the pickup and it was only picking up my B and high E strings. I have not had that problem with my replacement. Without this issue, I would have rated, *****

.I use this instrument for practice and open mics. It was advertised as a second, but I have yet to find the problem. Well done gloss finish overall with tight grain top. Good sounding unplugged with nice resonance. Fishman electronics sound good plugged in also; built - in tuner works well. Strings are a bit high at the nut for my liking, but I can have that adjusted. One of the best guitars in this price range I've ever played...

.Out of box action is low, perfect for my daughter, I bought it for her for Christmas. It will buzz a little with aggressive strumming. She loves the way it looks. Sounds good, not quite as lush as my Breedlove, but we'll see how it opens up. Have not plugged it in yet.
